Chocolate Zucchini Cake

A family favorite! A great way to use up (and hide) some of the plentiful zucchini from the garden.
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Topping:
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup brown sugar
Mix all together. Place into a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and brown sugar on the top before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
