Holiday Green Salad **

This green salad is wonderful and is a son-in-law's favorite.
Salad
12 oz. washed salad greens
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup pecan pieces (candied if desired)
1 ripe pear, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/3 cup grated gorgonzola cheese (feta can be used instead if desired)
Salad Dressing (makes about 3 cups) - blend until fine
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 tsp. dijon mustard
2/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
Add and blend:
2 cups salad oil
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
