Individual Meatloaves

A good friend gave this recipe to me over 45 years ago. I think of her whenever I make it, which I enjoy, since I haven't seen her for many years.

Sauce:
1 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix sauce ingredients together in small bowl; set aside. Note: Double the sauce recipe if you like lots of sauce.

Meatloaves:
1 cup corn flake crumbs
5 tsp. dehydrated onion
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 eggs
2 lbs. ground beef

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Shape into small balls (about 6, or size for the number you need). Place in a baking pan. Indent the top of each ball to form a little bowl for the sauce. Spoon sauce over the balls. Bake about 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste occasionally.
