Oriental Salad

Cal Lambert made this salad, we enjoyed it, and the rest is history.

3 cups thinly sliced cabbage
3 cups thinly sliced lettuce
3 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noddles
1 1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken (optional)

Dressing
Flavor packet from Ramen noodles
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper

Toss together first 5 ingredients. Crush noodles over salad and toss again. Mix dressing, pour over all.
Cover and refrigerate one hour before serving.
