Perfectly Moist Brownies

One of my favorite "from scratch" recipes. These turn out well every time! Double the recipe for a larger group.
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup plus 3 Tbsp. of cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs at room temperature (not crucial)
1 cup of marshmallows
Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix together and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, vanilla, and eggs and mix together. Then add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Combine all ingredients until well mixed and then add marshmallows. Grease or spray 8 x 8-inch pan and pour mixture into pan. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
