Brunch Quiche

This is a go-to recipe I love. Carolyn Nelson shared it with me years ago.

Blend in Blender:
10 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/2 stick melted butter

Pour into large bowl and add:
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained and rinsed

Add ham, bacon, sausage or mushrooms.

Pour contents into a greased 9 x 13 dish.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.  Serve with salsa.
