Stuffed Mushrooms

I have made these for several of my kids' weddings. So tasty and irresistible.

18 to 20 whole mushrooms
6 slices bacon (cooked crisp - reserve drippings)
1 small onion, diced
3 Tbsp. mayo
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Wash and drain mushrooms. Take stems and chop small. Take 2 Tablespoons drippings from bacon and cook stems and onions for 3 minutes. Drain, add mayo and cheese. Fill caps. Cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
